Are you ready to align and shine this summer? Did you set goals at the beginning of the year and now feel like you've lost the thread or veered off track? If so, join me for this self-led summer reset retreat where you can reflect on where you're at, explore where you want to go, and have energetic support to help you get into alignment. During this three day virtual retreat you will get access to the fifty page retreat guidebook, two exclusive guided meditations, and practices to help you align and shine this summer. This is a self paced retreat, but once you join, you are invited to join the private Facebook group to build community and gain support from others going through their own personal retreat. Although it is set up to be done over the course of three days, you can take as long as you want, and return to the activities more than once. 🌞Day One is all about reflection. You will take an intuitive deep dive looking at multiple facets of your life, and be radically honest about what's working, what's not working, and why. You will also reflect on what you wish to shift in your life. 🌞Day Two is all about alignment. With the guided meditation and activities you will identify what you wish to release and embrace, and go through an energetic transformation process in order to help you get into authentic alignment. 🌞Day Three is all about embodiment. During this day you will work on integrating the shifts you identified on day 1 and 2 of the retreat, so the work you have done will carry over for this season of life. Along with all the materials and meditation for the retreat, you will also receive three BONUS guided meditations. These guided energy activations are from recordings from live events and all focus on helping you to achieve authentic alignment. Come back to these meditations as often as you feel called!
